Emily Tan is a health & fitness professional, co-founder of aerial arts & pole dance academy Viva Vertical, host of Body Blaze TV series, presenter of fitness education and performer of aerial dance - these were all proud titles before the title of “cancer fighter”, which led to “mental health advocate” and founder of the podcast Tackling Minds (www.tacklingminds.com)
Emily shares her story with our hosts, going through the range of emotions of finding out she has cancer to chemotherapy and learning self care and to put things in perspective. Vivek shares his own story of fighting cancer and he and Emily share wisdom on what the experience taught them and how they came out of it better than before.

Like many others, Simon Wilson lost his job due to Covid, and unlike many others, he didn't "wait it out", he went on to create Hong Kong's biggest and most successful event in HK since Covid started, The Grounds then The Lawn. He sits down with Vivek and Mohammed to tell them all about his insane journey, from launching food festivals and taking TV shows like MasterChef and Top Gear Live on the road, to managing sponsorship operations at each of the stadia used for the 2019 Rugby World Cup in Japan.
